网站中的原创实拍作品、文字、品牌元素与既有设计归其合法权利人所有。AI 辅助视觉均明确标注为概念，不作为实拍商品或最终交付承诺。未经书面许可，不得复制、销售或用于训练、仿制及商业传播。 / Original photographed works, text, brand elements, and pre-existing designs belong to their lawful owners. 销售、定制与退换 / Sales, commissions, and returns

手工作品的价格、库存、材质、尺寸、交付时间与付款节点以书面报价或订单为准。因手工制作产生的轻微针脚、纤维、色差与尺寸差异属于作品特征，不当然构成瑕疵。 / Price, availability, materials, dimensions, delivery timing, and payment milestones are confirmed in a written quote or order. Minor variations in stitch, fibre, colour, and dimension are characteristics of handmade work and are not automatically defects.

个性化或按单制作的商品通常不能因改变主意而退换；如商品损坏、错误或存在实质缺陷，请在收货后 7 日内发送照片与订单信息联系我们。现货作品的退换条件以订单确认内容为准。任何适用且不可排除的消费者权利不受影响。 / Personalised or made-to-order goods generally cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and order details. Return terms for ready-made works are confirmed with the order. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

运输与国际交付 / Shipping and international delivery

运输方式、预计时效、包装、保险与费用会按作品和目的地在付款前确认。除书面另有说明外，收件人负责提供准确地址，并承担目的地可能征收的关税、税费、清关或进口许可。海关或承运商延误不完全由 SILKDAO 控制。 / Shipping method, estimated timing, packing, insurance, and charges are confirmed for the work and destination before payment. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the recipient must provide an accurate address and is responsible for destination duties, taxes, clearance, or import permits. Customs and carrier delays are not fully within SILKDAO's control.

课程、数字内容与商业服务 / Ateliers, digital content, and business services

直播小班、线下工坊、订阅内容与顾问服务的日期、语言、席位、材料、改期、取消与退款规则会在预订前书面确认。课程内容仅用于文化、审美与技能学习，不提供医疗或心理治疗。 / Dates, language, seats, materials, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms for live cohorts, in-person ateliers, subscriptions, and advisory services are confirmed in writing before booking. Learning content supports culture, aesthetics, and skills and is not medical or psychological treatment.

TikTok、Amazon、广告投放、跨境运营与 SaaS 订阅管理以双方确认的目标、账户权限、预算和责任为准。市场与平台结果受多种外部因素影响，我们不保证特定销量、排名或回报；客户仍须对其账户、商品、素材、付款与平台合规负责。我们不规避地区、身份、付款或平台规则。 / TikTok, Amazon, paid media, cross-border operations, and SaaS subscription management follow agreed objectives, account access, budget, and responsibilities. Market and platform outcomes depend on external factors, so no specific sales, ranking, or return is guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their accounts, products, materials, payments, and platform compliance. We do not bypass regional, identity, payment, or platform rules.
